Company must have a maximum ping of 150ms.

Company must provide a guarantee on their services.
Company must have a free newsletter and/or write articles that are published on a major Internet resource.

Partnership Requirements For Search Engine Positioning Resources

Website must provide useful resources and information on search engine positioning. This must include either forums, articles, newsletters or other information useful to both SEO's and general site visitors.
Website must provide links to other search engine positioning firms and/or resources.
Website must generally promote ethical search engine positioning practices, though a balanced look at various tactics is appreciated.

Partnership Requirements For Search Engine Positioning Tools

Tool must have a proven record of usefulness,
Tool must be free or priced such that the majority of webmasters/site owners can afford it. Generally this would average at $30/mth over a year or less.
Tool must be usable for ethical search engine positioning. We understand that virtually everything can be used improperly in the wrong hands however if your tool isn't obviously usable for white-hat search engine positioning, don't bother submitting it.
Tool must have a free-trial option.
