The only "cost" to our clients for their money back is that we ask that a testimonial be written to us simply noting that they did receive their money in a timely fashion if top rankings were not attained during the timeline of the contract. You will find this in your contract should you become a client of Beanstalk Search Engine Optimization.
In the event that your testimonial gets posted on our "client experiences" pages your name and information will be shortened to simply the first name and last initial. We believe that it is in poor judgment to include business name and website address on a search engine optimization firm's website and won't include anything on our site that indicated who you are and that you have signed up for search engine positioning services.

My site has been up and down in the search engine rankings for several years (lately more down than up), through my own SEO attempts as well as the unsuccessful attempts of other SEO companies.
