While we in the SEO-world expected to see some type of Google algorithm update over the long weekend it got even crazier with a complete revamp to their logo. That’s right, Google has changed their logo. Let’s take a look at the before and after:
Now let me be the first to admit, I didn’t spot this change myself. My 41-year-old, glasses-donning eyes are not quite this sharp. The news came to us from Reddit and I’m going to guess it was by the same 16 year old, hawk-eyed gamer who keeps shooting me before I even see him appear in Black Ops 2.
What’s the difference you might ask? There are actually two of them. The second g was moved a whopping 1 pixel to the left and the l was moved the same distance down. I know I know … it’s a wild a crazy world. You probably don’t need caffeine for the rest of the week.
